This policy sets out how Kharlamova Media ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and retains personal data, and how you can exercise your rights over it. It covers this website and the advertising services we provide to advertisers.

1. Who we are

Kharlamova Media is a performance advertising practice providing paid media services. Under data protection law we are a data controller for enquiries made to us directly, and a data processor when we handle advertising data on behalf of an advertiser.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you email us or send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and whatever else you choose to include.
Advertiser account data. During an engagement we access performance data inside the advertiser's own advertising accounts, such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversion counts. This is aggregated campaign reporting data.
Platform access. Advertisers grant us access to their accounts through the advertising platform's own partner and business access tools. We do not request, receive or store advertiser login credentials, and we do not pass platform access to anyone outside the engagement. Access is granted and withdrawn by the advertiser from within their own account.
Website data. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

To answer enquiries and deliver the services we have been engaged to deliver.
To plan, launch, optimise and report on advertising campaigns for advertisers.
To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
To protect the security of the accounts and systems we are trusted with.

We do not sell personal data. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal bases

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies we rely on contract, to deliver services we have agreed to provide; legitimate interests, to answer enquiries and keep our systems secure; and legal obligation, where the law requires us to retain or disclose data.

5. Sharing

We share data only where it is necessary: with the advertising platforms campaigns run on, with the advertiser whose campaigns we manage, with service providers who host our systems under contract, and where the law requires it. Service providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK or European Economic Area we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the applicable standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is held for up to 24 months. Campaign records are held for the length of the engagement and for up to 7 years afterwards where accounting or legal rules require it. Platform access is given up as soon as an engagement ends, and data obtained through an advertising platform's tools is deleted at that point unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to ask for a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

To exercise a right, email adelina@kharlamovamedia.com. We respond within 30 days. Where we act as a processor for an advertiser we will refer the request to them and help them answer it. See also our data deletion instructions.

9. Security

We apply access controls, least-privilege permissions and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the data we handle.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
